Stand

This stand is used to install the printer on a flat surface.

Winding unit

Winds and collects the printed media.

Cushioning roller

Use to guide the printed media to the winding unit.

12 3-way cock cover

Cover to protect operators from the internal mechanism of the product.

Opens when the print head is cleaned. Normally this cover should be

closed.

13 AC inlet Insert the power cable plug.

14 Interface connector Connector to connect Centronics Interface.

15 Foot switch connector Connector to set foot switch cable.

Network internet face

Connector to connect Ethernet cable.

17 Hard disk slot

For attaching the optional hard disk. When the hard disk is not used, close

the cover.

2.1.2 Rear section

1 Ink bottle cover

Cover to protect operators from the internal mechanism of the product.

Opens/closes when the ink and jet wash liquid is filled in.

2 Tank tray Used to hold the main tank to the product.

3 Main tank

A tank for ink and jet wash liquid. The following number of tanks should be set to

the tank tray.

PJ-2646NX: 7 tanks

4 Media feed slot

This is the media feed slot for placing the media during the media setting

procedure.

5 Feed unit

This is the device which sets the media, and feeds it to the printing start

position.

6 Tension roller

Set the printing intervals when perform printing by media feed compensation.

When the tension roller is lifted up, the feeding device feeds the media

automatically.
